Nuova Terra Goji Berries are ideal to use as DRIED red fruits in many sweet and savory recipes.
Also great as a simple snack full of antioxidants.
They are also perfect for breakfast with milk or yogurt. In muesli, instead, they may simply be mixed with raisins and dried fruits. They are sold dried, and should be plumped in warm water before they are added to sweet or savory recipes.
We recommend adding them to baked goods: to bread dough, breadsticks, and savory muffins, in rice salads or couscous.
